Location. The Belamar in Manhattan Beach, Calif., sits across the street from the Manhattan Village Mall. Located two miles from the property are Los Angeles International Airport and the Manhattan Beach Pier and Promenade. Redondo Beach Pier is four-and-one-half miles away.
Hotel Features. The Belamar underwent a $9-million renovation in 2005 and features a host of enhanced amenities including a heated outdoor pool with eclectic poolside décor. The upgraded Adrenaline Fitness Club provides cardiovascular equipment, weight machines and complete spa services. Business facilities include nearly 6,500 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space and feature a ballroom that accommodates 150 guests. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided in all public areas. The Vibe Restaurant serves traditional culinary favorites with Brazilian and Mediterranean influences. Menu items include Parmesan Stuffed Chicken Breast, Crab Stuffed Sea Bass and Vegetable Dumplings. This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Live blues and jazz groups or local dance DJs perform in the evenings.

Guestrooms. The three-story Belamar's 127 guestrooms showcase soft, natural colors. Beds are dressed with down comforters, 350-thread-count-linens and abundant throw pillows. Guestroom amenities include complimentary high-speed Internet access, 27-inch flat-screen televisions with premium cable channels and CD players. Refrigerators are available upon request. Marble bathrooms offer copious bathrobes, massage showers and designer European bath care products.

Expert Tip. Located immediately outside the front door of the Belamar, a six-mile hiking trail winds down to the ocean and into downtown Manhattan Beach.

Renovation Notice:
The hotel is scheduled to undergo renovations to select public areas, including the lobby, restaurant and bar and meeting rooms, beginning September 10, 2007.
