The Hyatt Regency sits adjacent to the upscale Embarcadero Center, five blocks from the landmark Transamerica Pyramid and one mile from Fisherman's Wharf's attractions. Situated along the revitalized Embarcadero waterfront, the hotel is across the street from the Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market and its array of organic produce, artisan cheeses, coffee, flowers, chocolate, jams and prepared foods.
The striking contemporary hotel features a soaring atrium lobby and cylindrical glass elevators that make the place look like something out of this world. On the atrium's reflective pool stands Eclipse, a gargantuan spherical metal sculpture built according to feng shui principles.  One of the Hyatt Regency's more unique features is its Equinox restaurant on the 20th floor rooftop. The restaurant rotates slowly, making a complete revolution in 45 minutes and taking guests on a breathtaking 360-degree tour of the Bay and the city skyline. Diners literally are lucky they don't get lost coming back from the restrooms. In the lobby, the Eclipse Café offers breakfast buffets and lunch cuisines of seafood salads, light pastas, club sandwiches and pizza. At night, the café turns into a Cut Above, which specializes in steaks, prime ribs and chops. In addition, patrons can exercise in a complimentary fitness center and business folks can work in the hotel's business facility.

Large and airy guest rooms feature sliding glass doors that open to views of the city or San Francisco Bay.
