Over $15 million has been invested towards the historic renovation, a seismic retrofitting, and the extraordinary feat of relocating the hotel 186 feet south of its previous location. The smoke-free building's Renaissance Revival architecture integrates design elements from Spanish and Beaux Arts traditions, which marry with the casual elegance and amenities that have today's traveler in mind. The Paragon Restaurant & Bar offers guests a clubby and contemporary environment to savor American favorites with a French brasserie-style twist.
