Other choices include Digger Pine Trail, in the hills near Santa Margarita Lake, California Polytechnic State University and Bishop's Peak, the tallest of the volcanic peaks that march from San Luis Obispo to the ocean at Morro Rock.
Guests can enjoy a Rib Eye Steak Sandwich in the Copper Café & Pastry Shop or a Broiled Swordfish Steak at Alex Madonna's Gold Rush Steak House, or dance the night away in the Silver Bar Cocktail Lounge.
