The 3 Peaks offers recently renovated hotel rooms for the budget-minded traveler, which are furnished with pine furniture and paneling. Some of these rooms have a fireplace or a jetted spa tub. The one- and two-bedroom suites at this property offer a full kitchen, including refrigerator, microwave oven, stove and coffeemaker. Special features of the suites include a large living area with a gas fireplace and balconies with views of majestic pine trees. Guests looking for their own vacation rental home can choose the five-bedroom cabin, which is perfect for larger groups of families and friends.  Guests will find in the five-bedroom cabin an entertainment system with a big screen television, custom made furniture, and a wood- burning fireplace in the living room. Exit airport on Plumb Lane.
Turn left on Highway 395 South.
Follow Highway 395 approximately 30 miles to Highway 50.
Take Highway 50 West approximately 20 miles to the Nevada state line past the casinos.
Once over the California state line, turn right on Park Avenue.
