Diners board 42-passenger Sno-Cat-driven sleighs (horses during the limited summer hours) and are transported to a candlelit five-course dinner around a crackling fire with musical entertainment. The menu varies but has been known to include wood-grilled venison, balsamic-marinated ostrich and grilled Atlantic salmon, as well as vegetarian and lower-priced children's menus.

Driving Directions - The Charter At Beaver Creek

120 Offerson Road, Beaver Creek, Colo.
From Denver International Airport:
Exit the airport on Pena Boulevard and continue south for about 10 miles.
Take Exit 1A/Interstate 70.
Proceed west on Interstate 70 for about 117 miles.
Take Exit 167/Avon.
Enter the roundabout, and then take the fourth right/Avon Road, which passes underneath the interstate.
Continue on Avon Road straight through the next four roundabouts to the entrance to Beaver Creek, where Avon Road turns into Village Road.
Check in at the security gate, and then continue up Village Road for about two miles.
Turn left onto Offerson Road and continue up the hill to the hotel entrance on right.
