Location. Constructed in 2001, the Park Avenue Lofts one block from Main Street in Breckenridge, Colo. A carefully preserved Victorian mining town, Breckenridge and its neighbors throughout Summit County offer fantastic skiing, fishing, hiking and biking opportunities. Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Keystone ski resorts are all within 30 miles of the hotel. The majesty of the Colorado Rockies sets the backdrop for exciting, all-season mountain adventure. Some of the best skiing and mountain biking trails in the country exist in Breckenridge, accessible via the Peak 9 base area, just 150 yards from the property. The lofts are positioned above a ski shop and a heated underground garage. The river offers summertime excitement, with concerts and outdoor events taking place along the banks. Maggie Pond, adjacent the resort, offers ice-skating in the winter and paddleboat fun during the summer months. More than 150 shops and boutiques coexist amongst dozens of restaurants, bars, museums and galleries.
Hotel Features. The condominium-style resort features an outdoor jetted tub, which overlooks town and the river. The fitness center features cardio and weight-training equipment. Conference space is available for up to 30 people and complimentary parking is offered in the garage. Ski storage is available and there is a fireplace in the lobby to relax by.

Guestrooms. Each of the one-bedroom units feature gas fireplaces and balconies with town or mountain views. Kitchens feature stainless steel appliances and include refrigerators, ranges and microwave ovens. Cable television and VCRs are standard, and high-speed Internet access is complimentary.

Expert Tip. Less pretentious than Vail and Aspen, Breckenridge has a lively bar and nightclub scene. Sherpa & Yeti's is the place to be after hours, hosting an impressive line-up of national musical acts.
