This lovely two bedroom, two bathroom unit features all the necessities of home.  Enjoy a relaxing evening by the fireplace after an adventurous day outdoors.  This home away from home features a large deck, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, VCR, telephone with modem connection, air conditioning, and alarm clock radios, as well as garage parking.  Enjoy this woodland retreat near Lake Dillon at the Lagoon Townhomes.
**Please check out no later than 10 AM. Please return keys to the office. Guests will be charged $25 per set of keys lost or not returned. Late checkouts will be charged $30 per hour for each hour after 10 AM. Full charge will be assessed after 1 PM.**

912 North Summit Boulevard, Frisco, CO - From Denver International Airport:  Go north on Pena Blvd. Turn slight right toward Terminal E. Stay straight to go onto Pena Blvd and continue for 10 miles. Merge onto I-70 West via the exit on the left and continue for 82 miles. Take the CO-9 S exit (Exit 203) toward Frisco/Breckenridge. Enter the roundabout onto N Summit Blvd/CO-9 S. Turn right at your second traffic light (Ten Mile Drive). We share a building with Antler's Trading Post Ski Shop. Check-in office is located at 912 N Summit Blvd.
