Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Torian Plum is ideally sited in Ski Time Square, just three miles from downtown Steamboat Springs, Colo. Summer or winter, Steamboat is the place to be for outdoor recreation. Opportunities exist for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and of course skiing and snowboarding. Dozens of galleries and almost 70 bars and restaurants are positioned about town, providing plenty of off-mountain entertainment.
Hotel Features. The slopeside resort features ski-in/ski-out access and a number of modern amenities including an outdoor pool and a jetted tub. The fitness center has both cardio and weight training equipment and there are tennis courts and a sauna on site. A complimentary ski shuttle transports visitors about the mountain during ski season and there is shopping on site. Safe-deposit boxes are located at the 24-hour front desk and the staff can assist with concierge and business services. Barbeque grills are located at the resort and there is a video library for guest use. Conference space is available and there are guest laundry facilities on site.

Guestrooms. Each of the one-, two- and three-bedroom guest condos offers views of the slopes and the Yampa Valley. Private balconies and fireplace instill a sense of at-home comfort, and laundry machines and full kitchens allow for autonomy. All units feature jetted tubs and entertainment amenities such as CD stereos, VCRs, DVD players and cable television. High-speed Internet access is complimentary and in-room safes are standard.

Expert Tip. The Bridgestone Winter Driving School, one block from the resort, is the nation's first school for ice driving. Classes range from half-day introductory to two-day performance courses and reservations are recommended.
