Location. Just over one hundred yards from the Eagle Bahn Gondola, the Landmark Condominiums are located at the west entrance of Lionshead Village in Vail, Colo. Visitors to the area can enjoy some of the country's best skiing and snowboarding, exquisite dining and fantastic shopping. Besides the ski areas and chic villages, the area is known for it's natural beauty and tranquility. An ice rink and more shopping, dining and entertainment venues are located in Beaver Creek, just 12 miles from the property. Vail runs a free shuttle service from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, with shorter hours during shoulder seasons.

Hotel Features. The year-round outdoor pool is surrounded by a sundeck with jetted tubs. A small conference room is available and complimentary high-speed Internet access is offered in the lobby. Safe-deposit boxes are located at the front desk and there is a video library and guest laundry facilities on site. Barbeque grills are located on site for guest use.

Guestrooms. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condos feature gas fireplaces and balconies with views of Vail Mountain. Full kitchens come with refrigerators, microwave ovens and ranges. Complimentary dial-up Internet access is available and each unit is equipped with cable television and VCRs.

Expert Tip. Eagle's Nest is Vail's day and night activity center, offering ice skating, tubing, snowmobiling, snowshoe tours and great food, all at ten thousand feet.

Driving Directions - Landmark Condominiums

From Denver International Airport:
Exit the airport on Pena Boulevard and continue south for about 10 miles.
Take Exit 1A / Interstate 70.
Proceed west on Interstate 70 for about 108 miles.
Take Exit 176 / Vail.
Enter the roundabout and then take a right onto Vail Road, which passes under Interstate 70.
Enter the second roundabout, and then take the first possible right onto South Frontage Road heading toward Lionshead.
Proceed west on South Frontage Road about three-quarters of a mile.
Just after passing under the pedestrian bridge, turn left onto W Lionshead Circle.
The hotel's gated parking lot is immediately on the left.
Approximate driving time is 2 hours and distance is 118 miles.

From Eagle County Regional Airport:
Exit the airport by turning left onto Cooley Mesa Road.
When Cooley Mesa Road dead ends, turn right onto US-6 and proceed east for about five miles.
At the traffic circle, proceed three-quarters of the way around and exit onto Eby Creek Road heading toward Interstate 70.
At the top of the hill, turn right onto Interstate 70 East and proceed east for about 26 miles.
Take Exit 173 / W Entrance / Vail.
Enter the roundabout, and then take the third right onto South Frontage Road heading toward Lionshead.
Proceed east on South Frontage Road for about two miles.
Just before reaching the pedestrian bridge, turn right onto West Lionshead Circle.
Approximate driving time is 45 minutes and distance is 30 miles.
