Location. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Summit, located in Destin, Fla., sits behind the ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Beach Manor. This 11-story property is nestled on the southern end of the Tops'l Property. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Summit offers coastline views of the Gulf of Mexico and the neighboring Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.
Features. ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Summit features an outdoor pool on site. A nature trail runs through the entire property, and a small golf course is available at the resort. A fitness center, Jacuzzi tubs, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, in addition to other resort amenities, are located at the Tops'l Club a short walk away. The Tops'l Beach Resort is well-known for it tennis courts, which accommodate anyone from beginners to the experts. Tennis instructors are available for an additional fee. Complimentary video rentals, including new releases, are provided at the on-site office. Seasonal beach service and children's activities are available for a fee. Complimentary tram service is provided seasonally.

Guestrooms. The condos at ResortQuest Rentals at Tops'l Tennis Villas are individually decorated and offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans and utensils. 9011 Highway 98 West, Destin, FL - From the panama City-Bay County International Airport depart on Jackson Way and go Southeast for 0.5 miles. Turn right on SR-390 and go Southwest for 2.3 miles.  Turn right on SR-368, SR-390-Alt and go West for 1.9 miles.  Turn right on US-98 and go West for 44 miles.  Turn right on Ivory Court and go North for 300 feet.  Turn left on Indigo Loop and go West for 0.4 miles.  Continue on Emerald Bay Drive and go Southwest for 600 feet.  Turn left on US Highway 98, State Highway 30 and go East for 0.5 miles to Old Highway 98 and follow to the property.
