Location. Directly across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park in Destin, Fla., this family-friendly resort offers a beachfront location with quick access to water rides, go-kart tracks and a miniature golf course. A slew of Destin's fine seafood and chain restaurants are available nearby on Scenic Gulf Drive and one half-mile away on the Emerald Coast Parkway. Outlet shopping is available seven miles away at the Silver Sands Factory Stores, which is said to be the nation's largest designer outlet center with over 100 stores.
Features. Sterling Resorts - Sterling Emerald Towers is a 15-story beachfront high-rise located in a 24-hour gated community. This resort offers private beach access and a freeform outdoor pool, heated seasonally. An on-site fitness center, two lighted tennis courts and complimentary movie rentals are included. Beach service is provided seasonally.

Guestrooms. The non-smoking condominiums at Sterling Resorts - Sterling Emerald Towers offer beach, safari, or contemporary decor, and have 1,100 square-feet of living space. Kitchens equipped with refrigerators and microwave ovens are included. Condos offer private gulf-front balconies with access from the main bedrooms and living rooms, and cable televisions with VCRs are provided.
