This oceanfront property is just steps from the beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches of Fort Walton Beach and is inbetween the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The Island Sands is adjacent to the Eglin Air Force Base, and is less than two miles from the Gulfarium, featuring dolphin encounters, sea life shows, and live feeding demonstrations.
The Island Sands is a three-story condominium complex with a boardwalk stretching to the beach. The exterior is painted light yellow, resembling the cheerful Florida sunshine. Guests can soak up the sun on the beach or lounge in patio chairs on the sundeck next to the outdoor pool. Other conveniences include on-site parking, laundry facilities and barbeque grills.

Each one-bedroom gulf- front condominium is modestly decorated and fully furnished with kitchenware, linens and appliances. These condos feature one- and one-half bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, microwave ovens, refrigerators and coffeemakers. Guests can relax and enjoy the gulf breezes and panoramic views from a balcony or patio. Other amenities include washers and dryers, cable televisions, VCRs and air conditioning.

Visitors to the air force base or guests wanting a quiet beach vacation will find that these condominiums offer a spacious accommodations for standard hotel room for a reasonable cost.
Resort fees are determined by the property and are subject to change. A $75 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. **No more than four adults per room (13 years and older).**
If a party is discovered with more than 4 people in a room, the party will be told to leave and will not receive a refund. Upon discovery, the party will also be charged $100 per night, per person for previous nights already spent lodging at the condo.**
