Location. The Beachtree Villas in Kissimmee, Fla., are just four miles from family attractions of Walt Disney World. Jungleland, Million Dollar Mulligan and The Water Mania Water Park are all within three miles of the property. Combining resort amenities with residential comforts, Beachtree Villas offers outdoor tennis and basketball courts, modest recreational center with cardiovascular equipment and a weight bench, and an outdoor pool with accompanying hot tub and sauna. Take Route 528 (Beeline Expressway) West to Interstate 4.
Take Interstate 4 West to Exit 68 (Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee).
Turn left on Route 535 South.
Take Route 535 to Route 192.
Turn right on Route 192.
Go to the first traffic light and turn left on Poinciana Boulevard.
Turn left ont Siesta Lago, approximately 1.75 miles.
