Sunshine Vacations features vacation homes and condos in various locations within a ten-mile radius of the Walt Disney Resort and other Orlando attractions. The vacation homes are located in the popular southwest Orlando area near restaurants, outlet malls, and entertainment.
The homes and condos offered by Sunshine Vacations are situated in either a resort-style gated community or freestanding in a neighborhood convenient to Walt Disney World. Many of the rentals have facilities for basketball and tennis, a clubhouse with fitness center, game room, outdoor pool, spa, or kiddie pool (specific amenities are not guaranteed for any rental). Guests can take advantage of discounted attraction tickets acquired through Sunshine and phone cards provided on site.

Guests electing the resort condos or townhomes will stay in a gated community with access to a community pool and possibly a fitness center. The most economical units are the deluxe condos, which are located in pleasant subdivisions. Guests electing a vacation home will also stay in residential neighborhoods, and will appreciate the luxury of their own private pool. All the rentals offered through Sunshine Vacations feature a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, complimentary parking, and laundry facilities. Though each property has an individual style, many of the properties are decorated in tropical Floridian decor.

Sunshine Vacations provides the ideal vacation rentals for families visiting Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and the EPCOT Center, and offers a unique alternative for visitors requiring fewer guest services with greater independence, and more space.


A cleaning fee, and any other fees, are due at check-in. Cleaning fees apply for stays of six nights or less. Three-bedroom homes and townhomes start at $65 plus tax; four-bedroom homes start at $75 plus tax; five-bedroom homes start at $90 plus tax; six-bedroom homes start at $115 plus tax; and seven-bedroom homes start at $125 plus tax. Two-bedroom condos start at $60 plus tax, and three-bedroom condos start at $70 plus tax (fees subject to change).
A valid photo identification and credit card or $250 cash deposit are required at check-in by the person whose name the reservation is under.
An additional charge applies for cribs.

Pool heat for private pools is available for a charge of $100-$175 per week in addition to a $25 turn-on fee, collectable at check-in. Pool heat is only available for stays five nights or more and is seasonal (Oct 1-May 31).
