Legacy Vacation Homes encompasses a number of private homes throughout Kissimmee, Fla. The location of the homes ranges from two to 20 miles from the Disney World theme parks, Universal Studios and SeaWorld Adventure Park.
These one- and two-story vacation homes, especially well-suited for families and large groups, are located in various residential and vacation communities. Furniture, layout and size vary, but all are fully furnished, and feature kitchens with microwave ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, cookware and dinnerware. Select homes offer screened-in patios, spa tubs and outdoor pools, with some pools contained in an atrium. Other homes have access to a community pool.

Legacy Vacation Homes features three-, four- and five-bedroom homes with separate living areas, dining areas and bedrooms. The main bedroom of each home boasts a private bathroom, and the remaining bedrooms share bathrooms. All homes include washers and dryers. Bed linens and towels are included. Cable television and VCRs are provided. Select units offer DVD players.

Expert Tip. Winter guests who book a home with a private pool have the option to purchase pool heat at check-in or the day after arrival.
