The Tides Hotel retains much of its original art deco features, including terrazzo floors and streamlined ocean-liner details. Sleek, stark white is a common theme prevalent throughout the hotel. The hotel's 1220 at the Tides serves progressive American fare, such as Caribbean- cured Scottish salmon, blue crab mussel chowder and key lime cannolis. Exit right onto ramp for SR-836 Dolphin Expressway heading east.

NE 163rd St/SR-826 E. becomes Sunny Isles Boulevard.
