Location. Sterling Resorts - Sterling Emerald Isle is a high-rise condominium resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Pensacola, Fla. Fort Pickens State Park, just three miles from the resort, offers a two historical forts constructed during the Civil War, and Pensacola's bustling boardwalk is just one half-mile walk.
