Location. Coconut Villas is located in Redington Shores, Fla., midway between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach on the barrier island separating the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Trolley is available every half hour, and across the street are the Redington Fishing Pier and the beach. Miles of wide sandy beaches and emerald waters offer opportunities for swimming, fishing, boating and other water activities. Shopping, restaurants and the world-famous John's Pass Village are minutes away.
Hotel Features. This newly renovated boutique condo resort is beautifully landscaped, and features a crystal-blue heated freeform pool with a brick sundeck. On-site parking is free. Laundry facilities are available.

    From Tampa International Airport:
    Follow the airport exit signs to I-275 S.
    Continue on I-275 S until exiting at Exit 28 (FL 694/Gandy Blvd/Pinellas Park).
    Turn right (west) onto FL-694.
    FL-694 becomes Park Blvd.
    Continue traveling west on Park Blvd to Gulf Blvd.
    Turn left, traveling south on Gulf Blvd.
    Turn left onto 182nd Ave.
    Take the first right into the parking lot.
