From Southwest Florida Regional Airport:
Take Chamberlin Parkway for 3.3 miles.
Chamberlin Parkway becomes Daniels Road.
Continue on Daniels Road for 2.6 miles to Six Mile Cypress Parkway.
Continue on Six Mile Cypress Parkway for 2.9 miles and cross over U.S. Highway 41.
Six Mile Cypress becomes Gladiolus.
Continue on Gladiolus for 1.6 miles to Summerlin Road.
Turn left on Summerlin Road.
Continue on Summerlin Road for 8.0 miles to Sanibel Causeway (toll).
Cross over the causeway and turn right at the four-way stop on Periwinkle Way.
