Location. Positioned two blocks from Waikiki Beach, the ResortQuest Waikiki Sunset (formerly Aston) offers views of the blue waters of the Pacific and the lush green mountains of the Koolau range in Honolulu, Hawaii. The hotel is less than one mile from International Market Place, the Honolulu Zoo and Waikiki Aquarium. The volcanic crater Diamond Head is one-and-one-half miles away.
Features. This condo-style resort features an open-air lobby and island-inspired décor. The hotel's sixth-floor sundeck includes a heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, a sauna and two barbeque grills. A convenience store is located on site. Children 12 years and under receive a complimentary inflatable beach ball upon check-in. Guests are offered access to a nearby fitness center for a fee. From Honolulu International Airport:
Approximate distance to the hotel is 10 miles.

Exit the airport terminal and take H-1 Freeway East.
Exit onto Nimitz Highway and follow the signs to Waikiki.
Nimitz Highway becomes Ala Moana Boulevard.
Continue along Ala Moana Boulevard until it merges with Kalakaua Avenue at the Southwest entrance to Waikiki.
Turn left onto Kuhio Avenue.
Turn left on Paokalani Avenue.
The resort is located on the right.
