Location Located on a nearly-deserted beach in Kapaa, Hawaii, ResortQuest Islander on the Beach offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The hotel is across the street from the Coconut Plantation Marketplace, featuring dining, shopping and a movie theater. The marketplace, with complimentary parking, contains over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Opaekaa Falls, located three-and-one-half miles from the hotel, offers scenic views of the Makaleha Mountains and a restored Hawaiian village on the riverbank.
Hotel Features. Ceiling fans push the ocean breezes through the lobby veranda that overlooks the lawn and pool area. Gardens and an oceanfront lawn with lounge chairs and pineapple-shaped, slatted balconies grace the resort grounds.
