The Iowa Welcome Center at 300 Main St (daily 9.30am-5.30pm; tel 319/566-4372 or 1-800/798-8844, ) is the best place to pick up information on Dubuque. Internet access is available at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library, 360 W 11th St, and you can rent a bike at the Bike Shack, 3250 Dodge St (tel 319/582-4381; $15 per four hours, $5 each additional hour).
