Head north on SR-50/South Cicero Avenue.
Continue to I-55 and head northbound.
Follow all signs leading to The Loop and North Lake Shore Drive.
Take North Lake Shore Drive to the Wacker Drive exit.
This exit will wrap under North Lake Shore Drive. Head west.
At this point, you are on Lower Wacker Drive.
To get to Upper Wacker Drive, take the ramp farthest to the right headed west.
The second stoplight is Michigan Avenue.
