Located in historic downtown Savanna, Ill., the Blue B&B occupies a spot on Main Street above the 1940s-style Café Blue. An assortment of specialty, and gift shops and the Pulford Antique Mall are across the street from the bed and breakfast. The Savanna Marina is one-quarter mile away. The Palisades State Park, located four miles from the property, features 2,400 acres with steep limestone bluffs and rocky palisades.
This converted bed and breakfast features tiered decks overlooking the Mississippi River, and landscaping leading to the river's banks. Full, complimentary breakfasts are served each morning in the breakfast room. The inn's signature dish is the "Bluey," a mixture of potatoes, vegetables, sausage, bacon, eggs and cheese. Lunch and dinner are available for a fee. The inn's living room features a fireplace.

The Blue B&B offers three suites. Suite One provides a view of the river and a private bathroom. Suites Two and Three share a bathroom. Suite Three showcases artwork from a local artist.
