The site of Colonial Inn & Extended Stay Suites was originally built in 1716 and has operated as a hotel since 1889. Take the Sumner Tunnel to Route 93N, to Route 95S exit.
Continue to exit 298 West (Route 2).
At the second set of lights, keep in the far right lane.
Drive straight across, following the signs for Concord Center.
After 1.5 miles, you will come to a stop sign, turn left.
This will bring you into Monument Square.
