Location. The Atlantic Beach Villas are located along the 28-mile stretch of barrier islands known as Bogue Banks in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina. Also known as "The Crystal Coast," the area is one of the states most popular coastal areas, particularly with competition fishermen. Considered by many to be a diamond in the rough, the coastline Fort Macon State Park and the North Carolina Aquarium are just over four miles from the property making for great day excursions. There are plenty of small shops, bars and restaurants on the island. Morehead City is located across the bay and offers even more shopping, dining, sight-seeing and entertainment venues.
Hotel Features. The resort features indoor and outdoor pools with a separate children's section. Picnic areas with barbeque grills are great for outdoor fun and dining, and there are shuffleboard, basketball and volleyball courts for recreation.

Guestrooms. The one- and two-bedroom guest villas feature full kitchens with refrigerators, microwave ovens and ranges. Other amenities include private balconies or patios and cable television with VCRs.

Expert tip. The North Carolina Aquarium has just undergone a major expansion and is now three times larger. One of the more striking new features is a 300,000-gallon Living Shipwreck Ocean Tank that showcases the wreckage of the German submarine U-352, as well a fascinating array of marine life.

Ocean Ridge Road/Atlantic Beach Morehead City Bridge becomes Morehead Avenue.
Turn right onto NC-58/Fort Macon Drive West.
Continue approximately one-half mile to the property.
