Location. The C.W. Worth House B&B is situated in the historic district of Wilmington, N.C. The most popular means of touring the historic area are on foot, horse-drawn carriage, or by trolley. A three block walk from the bed and breakfast is the Cape Fear Riverwalk, which features riverfront dining, antique's stores, galleries, and shops. The Battleship U.S.S. North Carolina and the Cape Fear History Museum are just a half-mile from the property.
Hotel Features. Serving as the longest operating bed and breakfast in Wilmington, the C.W. Worth House B&B is known for its striking Queen Anne architecture, romantic atmosphere and it's gardens, which are enhanced by a gurgling waterfall that cascades into a fish pond. A spacious southern porch invites guests to sit down and relax as soon as they walk through the front gate. The second floor veranda provides an additional relaxing setting and a great view of the gardens. The C.W. Worth House B&B offers hearty breakfast fare to start off a busy day of relaxation or exploration in historic Wilmington and Cape Fear.  A chef's choice entrée is served at every breakfast.
Guestrooms. The seven guestrooms range from intimate to spacious, with each boasting it's own personality. All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower, full-length mirror, writing desk and wireless Internet access. Bedside chocolates are provided for guest's pleasure. The house is centrally heated and air conditioned for year-round comfort, and complimentary refreshments and snacks are available.

Expert Tip. Guests often catch a glimpse of well-known actors being filmed on location along the streets of Wilmington, which is home to a major motion picture and television production company. The best-known production filmed in Wilmington was "Dawson's Creek", but other television programs are currently being filmed in the area.
