The Kancamagus Highway (Hwy-112) connecting Conway and Lincoln is the least busy road through the mountains, and makes for a very pleasant drive. Several campgrounds are situated in the woods to either side, and various walking trails are signposted. The half-mile hike to Sabbaday Falls , off to the south roughly halfway along, leads up a narrow rocky cleft in the forest to a succession of idyllic waterfalls.
