Surrounded by lovely gardens and panoramic mountain views, the Hacienda Las Barrancas derives its name from the Spanish phrase for "deep ravines."  This Spanish Colonial-style, adobe hacienda, built in 1940, is located in an adobe-walled compound. Complimentary breakfasts are provided each morning, featuring signature dishes such as Challah bread French toast topped with caramelized bananas, toasted pecans and powdered sugar.
