The Oxbridge Theater District Apartments are located in Manhattan, one block from renowned, high-end shopping on Fifth Avenue in New York City, N.Y. The property is two blocks from Broadway theaters, and four blocks from Restaurant Row and Rockefeller Center.
The apartments are housed in two adjacent five-story buildings without elevators. Each building features a restaurant on the street level, offices on the second floor and six apartments on the floors above. The front security doors are accessed with a code provided by management, and are controlled by intercoms in the apartments.

These furnished apartments feature separate living areas with sofa beds, tables and four chairs, cable television, digital answering machines and CD players. Kitchenettes include microwave ovens, stovetops, refrigerators, coffeemakers, cookware, dishes and utensils. Rooms are cooled with window-unit air conditioners. Complimentary rollaway beds are available. Housekeeping is provided for a fee.

Bedding consists of one full bed, one full sofa bed, and one rollaway. If the number of guests is two the hotel assumes a double bed is required unless otherwise notified.  If the number of guests is more than three the hotel assumes the bed and sofa bed will be enough unless the rollaway is requested.  The hotel does not provide any baby furniture.  It is not possible to request different types or sizes of beds other than those existing in the apartment.
