This professionally managed resort offers the amenities and comforts of home to discerning travelers. These luxurious townhomes are newly refurbished. We go above and beyond to provide you with everything you need to have an enjoyable Hilton Head Island vacation. When you stay at Southwind II Townhomes, we also provide you with two complimentary bicycles, green fees, and daily golf for four. Its a golf lovers dream. Lagoons, a golf course, and a nature preserve surround this resort and guests are within walking distance to the beach. Wireless internet is available poolside. Internet is also available in other rooms for a small fee and can arranged through the telephone company. Please note that if you are booking a Saturday stay through, you may be asked to move units during your stay. Also, please be advised that motorcycles, boats, trailers, and RVs are not allowed in the gated communities of Shipyard, Palmetto Dunes, and Sea Pines. There are limited storage facilities available. Please note that a 95.00 cleaning fee collected upon booking.
