Location. Daufuskie Island Resort & Spa is located on historic Daufuskie Island in South Carolina. Several quaint towns are just a ferry ride away, providing plenty of shopping, dining, entertainment and history. Many recreational activities are available nearby, including dolphin tours, charter fishing, boat rentals, enviro-tours, champagne sunset tours, ocean kayaking, jet skiing and parasailing.

Driving Directions - Daufuskie Island Resort & Spa

421 Squire Pope Road, Hilton Head, S.C.
From Hilton Head Airport:
When exiting the airport, turn left on Beach City Road and follow it to the stoplight.
Turn right on Highway 278 and follow to Gumtree Road.
Turn right onto Gumtree Road and follow to stop sign.
At stop sign, turn right onto Seabrook Drive and follow to the end until seeing Daufuskie Island Resort Embarkation Center located on the left, just before Hilton Head Plantation's Cypress Gate.

From Savannah International Airport:
Exit the I-95 North exit out of the airport and continue on I-95 until you reach Exit 8 to Hilton Head Island.
Proceed on Highway 278 about 20 miles to the Hilton Head Island bridge.
Cross the bridge and continue approximately 1-1/2 miles to Squire Pope Road (first traffic light over the bridge).
Turn left on Squire Pope Road and follow this road, which becomes Seabrook Drive, to the Daufuskie Island Embarkation Center is located on the left.
