Marriott's OceanWatch at Grande Dunes is under construction. The first of five buildings has been completed and construction is proceeding on the second building and parking garage. Parking at this time is limited. Shuttle service is available from the parking area to a covered construction walkway that leads to the villa building. The walk is approximately two minutes.
