The East Hills B&B Inn is nestled in the rolling hills of Dickson, Tenn. Located 35 miles west of Nashville and four miles off Interstate 40 West, this inn is close to businesses and services, but shielded from the highway by stately trees and shrubbery.  Luther Lake is less than one mile from the inn. The Renaissance Center is approximately three miles away. Montgomery Bell State Park, located six miles from the inn, offers boating and fishing on two lakes, 20 miles of mountain-biking trails, 18 challenging holes of golf and 19 miles of backcountry hiking trails.
This fully restored 1940s home, located on four acres of land, exudes Southern charm. The living room features a fireplace, and the library/den offers puzzles, parlor games, books and magazines. The inn's long front porch features swings and rockers, and the back of the home offers an enclosed porch. Complimentary breakfasts are served each morning, and tea and muffins are provided each evening. Afternoon tea, beverages, desserts and fruit are offered each day. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available.

The East Hills B&B Inn offers four guestrooms in the main house and three cottages. All rooms are furnished with period antiques and designer reproductions. Cable television and VCR/DVD players are provided. Cottages offer full kitchens, private porches and separate sitting rooms. Select cottages feature fireplaces, claw-foot tubs, six-foot soaking tubs, four-poster beds and French doors leading onto the porch.
