The Bahia Mar Resort features two outdoor pools, a children's pool, tennis, shuffleboard and volleyball courts and a putting green. Fitness equipment and laundry facilities are also available. The Bahia Breezer Restaurant & Lounge has a poolside terrace and serves traditional favorites with a breakfast buffet, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner menu. During spring break season, live entertainment is featured.

The 195 contemporary guestrooms of the Bahia Mar Resort offer private balconies or patios with views of the Gulf and pool area, or the Laguna Madre Bay and South Padre Island. Most guestrooms feature kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwave ovens, coffeemakers and cable television. Dial-up Internet access is available for a fee.

2007 Spring Break Policy:
During Spring Break from February 23, 2007 to April 7, 2007, a $100 per room deposit will be required paid by cash or credit card at time of check-in. This deposit is refundable at check-out pending a room inspection. All guests must be 18 or older with valid identification and sign in individually at the front desk. The hotel will also require wrist bands to be purchased for all guests. The non-refundable fee for wristbands is $20 per person.

 From Harlingen/Valley International Airport:
Take Loop 499 West (which becomes Ed Carey Road).
Take Hwy. 77 South to Exit 100E.
Continue through Port Isabel and over the Isabella Causeway.
Turn left on Padre Blvd.
Drive approximately 2.5 miles to the hotel.
