Location. Positioned between Sunrise and Bear Mountains, the Sunrise Condominiums are located at the Falls Brook Common in Killington, Vt. Despite the lack of a traditional "ski village", there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a few nightclubs located along Killington Road. During warmer months, hiking and mountain biking are popular, and two golf courses are located within 10 miles of the property. Other summertime excursion at Killington include car and bike shows, beer, wine, music and art festivals. The area is also popular in the fall, when thousands descend upon New England to witness the amazing color changes of the foliage.
Hotel Features. The ski-in/ski-out resort features indoor and outdoor pools, a jetted tub, a sauna and fitness equipment. There is an arcade/game room on site and barbeque grills are available for guest use. Ski shuttles transport guests between ski areas, and ski storage is offered. The front desk staff is available 24-hours-a-day.

Guestrooms. Each of the two-bedroom condos feature mountain or valley views, jetted tubs, fireplaces and kitchens. Decor and furnishings vary by unit. Entertainment amenities include cable television, CD stereos and VCRs.

Expert Tip. Pickle Barrel is Killington's largest and loudest nightclub and features national music acts. The cover ranges from a couple of dollars to almost $20.

From the Burlington International Airport:
Depart Burlington International Airport on local roads going southwest.
Bear left (south) onto Airport Circle.
Turn left onto Airport Drive.
Turn left (East) onto US-2 (Williston Road).
Turn left (North-East) onto ramp.
Merge onto Interstate 89 (South-East).
At Interstate 89 Exit 3, "Bethel, Rutland," exit off Interstate 89.
Turn right onto Route 107 West.
Follow this to Route 100 South.
Go approximately 11 miles to the Junction of Route 100 and Route 4, in the Killington Region.
Follow signs for Route 4 East (turn left).
Winter check-in directions: At the junction, look for the Killington sign on Route 4 (across from Bill's Country Store).
Drive 3.6 miles up the Killington Road to the Lodging Sign for Killington Resort Villages and The Killington Grand Resort Hotel on your left.
Turn left on to East Mountain Road.
Drive for approximately 3.2 miles.
Go under the ski bridge and make a right at the signs for Bear Mountain and Sunrise Mountain Village.
Stay on Bear Mountain Road for approximately 1 mile.
The entrance to Sunrise is on your left.
Follow signs to Falls Brook Common for check-in.
Spring check-in/directions: From May 24, 2005 to November 3, 2005:
Turn onto the Killington Road (located at the junction of Routes 100 North and 4 East, with the Shops at the Shack on the corner).
Go approximately 4 miles up the Killington Road and turn left into the Snowshed parking lot.
Check-in is located at Discovery Center on the left hand side of the Snowshed Base Lodge.
Approximate driving time is 1 hour and 45 minutes and distance is 84 miles.
