Location. The Inn at Quail Run B&B is located on 15 acres in Wilmington, Vt., less than four miles from Mount Snow. A 40 kilometer cross country, snowmobile and hiking trail system intersect parts of the property. Due to the close proximity to many of Vermont's southern mountains, the inn is less than 15 miles from a selection of over a half-dozen ski resorts.
Features. This contemporary home is removed from the main highways and nestled into the forested mountainside. Full complimentary breakfasts are served every morning, and feature dishes such as the inn's signature French Toast Creme Brulee. The dining room features wide windows and a fireplace. A sitting room is available with a fireplace and a bar for watching television or taking in the view of the valley. The first floor features a second television room with couches, a library of over 70 videos and a ping pong table. A patio with heated pool and hot tub are located in the fenced-in back yard.

Guestrooms. Guestrooms at The Inn at Quail Run B&B feature private bathrooms and cable television, and select rooms feature gas fireplaces. The two-room suite offers a sitting room, fireplace, cable television and VCR. Separate from the main house, the cottage features three bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, eat-in kitchen, and a washer and dryer.

Expert Tip. Vermont is known for it's color tours during the fall when trees leaves are changing their hue. With approximately 77% of the state being covered with forest, there are few, if any, places that are far removed from a scenic tour through the country side.
