Location. Located in the rural city of Sunnyside, Wash., Sunnyside Inn B&B sits in the center of Washington state's wine country. This bed and breakfast is between eight and 25 miles from twenty wineries in the Yakima Valley. The city of Sunnyside, known for its production of agricultural products, is surrounded by farms, orchards and various historical sites. A local park and a shopping center are less than a one-mile walk from the Sunnyside Inn B&B.
Hotel Features. This family-friendly bed and breakfast dates back to 1919 when it was built by a doctor and his wife. It served as an office and residence, but has undergone extensive renovation to become the inn as it stands today. Mornings at the inn include a full country breakfast of muffins, pastries, and fresh produce selected from local growers in the Yakima Valley. Hot items off the griddle include ham, bacon or sausage. Snacks are available throughout the day.

Guestrooms. Each of the thirteen guestrooms at the inn are decorated in warm country style and feature their own private bathrooms. Cable television with VCR, speaker telephone and high-speed wireless Internet access are available. Some rooms also feature double jetted spa tubs, fireplaces, and separate sitting areas.

Expert Tip. The Sunnyside Historical Museum, located a half mile from this bed and breakfast at the corner of 4th and Grant, features pioneer displays, Native American memorabilia, and tributes to Sunnyside's very own astronaut, Bonnie Dunbar. The original cabin of renowned local cattleman Ben Snipes, and his foreman, Ren Ferrell, is located right across the street.
