Tucked away, and yet close to two national parks and the town of Jackson, this B&B offers a quiet retreat amidst the trees with unique, comfortable rooms and a warm, friendly atmosphere.  It's a whimsical, multi-level playhouse almost hidden on a forested slope. Fuschia fireweed and creamy columbine greet you as you ascend the gentle 95-step climb up into the bowers of this aboreal retreat.  In the evening, a guest at the Tree House might curl up with a book in front of the two-story adobe fireplace. Or, test their skill at chess or Scrabble.  Awake to the tempting aroma of baking and join with other guests to indulge in fresh fruit, hot porridge and a sampler of muffins. All of your breakfasts are heart-smart, low cholesterol and delicious]  The homemade granola is even available. Pets are not allowed.
Six guest rooms await you. All the rooms have excellent beds, private baths, decks, window seats and fantastic views] With a room up here and down there and around that corner, it's a little like entering one's childhood fantasy. The Tree House has several levels of decks and an outdoor hot tub available for guests.  One tier of three rooms is literally pushed out into the trees to offer window seats with a view of the forest and valley below, and the mountains across.  Each also has a private deck from which this view may also be enjoyed.  All rooms also have hair dryers, iron/ironing boards and radio alarm clocks, air purifiers, and Natures Soothing Sounds machines.

Area Activities

In this sylvan setting, it's hard to believe that the busy tourist town of Jackson Hole with its fine Western art galleries, cowboy bars, and upscale restaurants, is only eight miles down the road, and Grand Teton National Park several miles to the north.  Some guests may decide on a daylong trip through Yellowstone National Park or a drive along the nearby benchland above the cottonwood-lined Snake River. An afternoon could be spent hiking the trail around Jenny Lake or up into the ragged peaks of the Grand Teton Mountains.  Hiking, biking, climbing, golf, whitewater and scenic rafting, cross country and alpine skiing, reading and just plain relaxing are just a few of your options while at the Tree House.

6175 Heck of a Hill Road, Jackson Hole, WY - Jackson Hole Airport: Depart airport going east on Airport Road.  Turn right onto US-191/US-89/US-189, and continue to follow US-191/US-89.  Turn right onto West Broadway Avenue/US-191/US-89.  Turn slightly right onto WY-22.  Turn left onto North Fall Creek Road.  Turn right onto Heck of a Hill Road, and continue until you reach the property.
